Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of ServiQ (serviq.terrasecure.co), provided by TerraSecure (“TerraSecure,” “we”). By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or using ServiQ, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent (“Customer”).
The service
ServiQ is a unified service management platform: a service ticket platform (queues, SLAs, approvals, knowledge, change and problem management), an asset inventory, and an optional password vault, available as separate features a Customer's administrator can enable per person.
Accounts
ServiQ accounts are provisioned by an organization's administrator through an invitation and email verification. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential; tell us promptly at security@terrasecure.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
New workspaces start with a 14-day trial; no payment method is required to begin. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan (Basic, Pro, or a custom Enterprise agreement), billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page; a canceled workspace enters a 30-day recovery window during which reactivating restores full access, after which Customer data is permanently deleted. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ServiQ to store or transmit content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to access another organization's data, bypass tenant isolation, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.
- Use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or malicious content, or to violate applicable data protection or export control law.
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except as your plan expressly permits.
Customer data
As between you and TerraSecure, Customer owns the content it submits to ServiQ (tickets, attachments, asset records, vault entries, and the rest). We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy, and don't claim ownership of it. You're responsible for having the rights needed to submit the content you put into ServiQ, including anything you choose to store in the password vault.
Password vault
The vault encrypts entries at rest and TerraSecure cannot read their contents — which also means we can't recover a vault entry for you if it's lost in a way that isn't covered by the product's own recovery paths (for example, an owner deleting an entry). You're responsible for the credentials you choose to store and for managing who you share them with.
Intellectual property
TerraSecure owns ServiQ and its underlying software, design, and trademarks. These Terms grant Customer a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription — nothing here transfers ownership of the platform itself.
Disclaimers
ServiQ is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TerraSecure won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of ServiQ, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount Customer paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
Either party may terminate for the other's uncured material breach. We may suspend access to protect the security or integrity of the service, or where required by law, and will give notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (data handling during the recovery window, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) do.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify organization administrators. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
